Joe Wilkey
Founder

Joe E. Wilkey is the Founder of World Compassion Network (WCN). After more than 15 years as a volunteer relief worker, Joe responded to God's call on his life and founded WCN in 2002.  Joe was convinced there was a need for a faith based relief organization that focused on the local church.  He believes the local church should take the lead in providing relief for victims and give the aid to the local church in the disaster area for distribution.  Joe says "staying focused on the vision and mission God gave me has been the key to the success and growth of WCN." Joe and his wife Lynn, who has demonstrated faith and strength by the sacrifices she has made on behalf of the ministry, live in Indiana.  Their three married children, 7 grandchildren and two great grandchildren all reside live in the area.
